Cleaning removes visible dust debris and dirt and organizing a space. Cleaning involves using soap or detergents and normally water to wipe or scrub items or areas to remove debris. Cleaning does not kill germs or bacteria.
Sanitizing – Involves the application of EPA-approved chemicals to lower the number of pathogens on surfaces or object to a safe level.
Disinfecting – Effectively kills pathogens on surfaces or objects using EPA N-List approved disinfectants. T.O.T. uses electrostatic application to ensure an even distribution of the disinfectants even in hard to reach areas. This returns the sites or objects to a safe neutral state.
Vital Oxide® is a hospital grade disinfectant cleaner and is approved by the EPA for use against SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. This cleaner meets the EPA’s emerging pathogen requirements for viruses showing efficacy against envelope and non-envelope virus, both large and small. It contains no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and kills a wide range of viruses, such as norovirus, and feline and canine coronaviruses. With its NSF listed D2 classification, Vital Oxide® kills 99.999% of bacteria.
The quickest way to disinfect any area or item is by using electrostatic application. The process works by positively charging ions as liquids passes through the nozzle. These positively charged ions are naturally attracted to negative ions and allows for improved coverage on soft and hard, non-porous environmental surfaces. Electrostatic application reduces the time it takes to thoroughly disinfect areas, items and hard to reach places by 50%. Product distribution is more cost-saving, controlled and effective.
T.O.T is incredibly detail-oriented and fully understands the role that deep cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting plays in the prevention and protection of people and environments against biohazards and infectious disease.
Before beginning any job, we do a complete walkthrough and discuss the client’s needs and expectations. We then determine the best methods for cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting the area. We devise treatment protocols according to our clients’ needs as well as our expertise to ensure the best results.
T.O.T. uses a THREE STEP approach to ensure the areas treated are left clean, sanitized, and disinfected eliminating 99.9% of the harmful viruses, bacteria, mold, allergens, and other harmful infectious pathogens that cause disease.

Dwell time, or contact time, is the amount of time disinfectants need to remain wet on surfaces to properly disinfect. Dwell times vary by disinfectant and target organism type, like bacteria, virus or fungi. They range from 30 seconds to 10 minutes or more.
While a disinfectant may kill some of the organisms immediately upon contact, it must be allowed to dwell on the surface for the time period stated on the chemical’s packaging in order to achieve a 100% kill claim.
Activated-Oxygen is also known as Ozone.
O-Zone is the planet’s strongest oxidizer and disinfectant readily available for commercial use. It is 3,000 times faster acting and more effective than chlorine in killing bacteria and viruses and leaves behind no residues, off flavors or tastes. Its only by-product is oxygen. Ozone is generated on-site and does not require storage of chemicals. It is 100% chemical free and “Organic” certified.
